Cancellation & No-Show Policy Please respect the time reserved specifically for your appointment. A 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service. A valid card is required to be kept on file when booking. If the card on file is unable to process the cancellation or no-show fee, you will be contacted and required to provide another form of payment. Failure to provide payment will result in the inability to book future appointments. If a payment issue occurs a second time, you will be permanently unable to book appointments with me. I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. Please communicate with me as soon as possible, and I will always do my best to work with you when circumstances arise.
